ACKNOWLEDGE LIMITATIONS (BEFORE CLASS)
After you've signed up for an improv class, you will feel nervousness on simply being present in a room with other participants. That's fine. Its natural. Acknowledge this fear and accept that it will stifle you in some ways
The class begins with ice breaker games that are designed to help you come forward,
step outside your comfort zone and dive into playing freely and with fun
TAKE THE UNEASY STEP FORWARD (ICE BREAKERS)

Improvised scenework is where your real life social capability comes out. It is here where you stop getting into your head and start focusing on the moment shared with the other person
The class culminates in improvised group games along with observations and insights by the instructor on where your confidence level is and how you can channel it better
